How to develop new skin

I want to develop a new skin for RoundCube on ma server. I've got ma designer to design html pages, Now is there any tutorial or stuff which can help me to convert html into roundcube templete.

I'm not familiar with ma designer. I can only tell you what I did to create a skin:

I've downloaded all the available skins and studied how the different pages were build and created by own skin by copying and modifying the default skin to what now is known as the GroupVice theme. I modified it, just by using a plain text editor (something like UltraEdit, Notepad++ or in my case gedit).
