Timeout when accessing the webmail account followed by blank page

Dear friends, I am having trouble with some users when they try to access their emails, some users reported me that logging in to roundcube the status bar shows the status loading ... until after a few minutes you will see a white screen at the following url address http://webmail.domain.com/?_task=mail.
I wonder what's going on?

Checking the logs the following message appears:

Hello

I have the same problem.
Apache2 is also at 100% cpu usage.

PHP/5.2.0-8
Roundcube 0.3 stable

Which RoundCube version? There were modifications in RoundCube v0.3 stable to prevent endless loops in imap.inc.
