Please excuse my possibly stupid question. My knowledge of webmail applications is fairly limited.
We used Roundcube a couple of years ago, installed by our web hosting provider. We loved it, and so we installed it on our new server.
Last time we had an administrator account which showed all of the users mailboxes as single folders and any unrouted mail in it's own inbox. This was great to keep an eye on members of staff not checking/replying to emails and allowed the administrator to drag and drop email to the correct person.
I have no idea what this is referred to (we called it a master mailbox), or how to even begin implementing it,
If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.
