RoundCube doesn't display Disk Usage correctly
« on: April 13, 2009, 06:27:18 AM »
Hi all,

I am using HmailServer 5 + MySQL + RoundCube. I just found that the Disk Usage in RoundCube always empty (the quota progress bar just didn't show, but when cursor point on it, it shows the quota is 17MB/50MB). But i checked the hMailServer administrator the particular user quota is 17MB/50MB, so i assume that my hMailServer is working fine. The capability of my server is:

* OK IMAPrev1
cp01 capability
* CAPABILITY IMAP4 IMAP4rev1 CHILDREN IDLE QUOTA SORT NAMESPACE ACL RIGHTS=texk
cp01 OK CAPABILITY completed

Did i miss out something on the roundcube configuration in order to show the quota progress bar?

I have checked the GD support of my PHP:

GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
FreeType Version 2.1.9
T1Lib Support enabled
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
XBM Support enabled

Is there anything wrong?

I just realized, the Home Directory in IIS is set to "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\roundcube", then i can't see the quota image bar. However if it is set to "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot"  then i can see the image.

Initially i extracted the roundcube to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\, everything is ok, but whenever i want to browse the webpage i need to enter http://localhost/roundcube, which is too long. Therefore i changed Home Directory in IIS so users only need to key this URL http://localhost to access the website.

I saw there is a file called quotaimg.php in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\roundcube\bin , is it something to do with this file?

What happened? Does it mean that roundcube must be on the root directory?

Okay, problem solved.

In IIS manager, you have to turn off "Request filtering - Hidden segments - Bin" for the site.
