sending with russian subject

[kiabrin]

sometimes when a user creates a mail in russian, with russian subject, the mail is send corrupt, with the following text:

WARNING: bad headers - Improper use of control character (char 0D hex):

Subject: ...20=D1=82=D0=B0=D0=BC=20?=\r\n =?UTF-8?Q?=D1[...]

is there any fix to it or a place where to look up for fix?
