Some IMAP servers do not allow to create root folders.

Try ...

$rcmail_config['default_imap_folders'] = array('INBOX', 'INBOX.Drafts', 'INBOX.Sent', 'INBOX.Junk', 'INBOX.Trash');

or ...

$rcmail_config['default_imap_folders'] = array('INBOX', 'INBOX/Drafts', 'INBOX/Sent', 'INBOX/Junk', 'INBOX/Trash');

The syntax depends on the folder delimter used by the IMAP server.
Regards,
Rosali

in the imap log,
i have this :
[17-Dec-2009 22:08:06 +0100]: C: c CREATE "Sent"
[17-Dec-2009 22:08:06 +0100]: S: c NO Can't create mailbox node /tmp-mail/: Permission denied

Or else, i have tried this below, but it doesn't work :

$rcmail_config['default_imap_folders'] = array('INBOX', 'INBOX.Drafts', 'INBOX.Sent', 'INBOX.Junk', 'INBOX.Trash');

or ...

$rcmail_config['default_imap_folders'] = array('INBOX', 'INBOX/Drafts', 'INBOX/Sent', 'INBOX/Junk', 'INBOX/Trash');

thanks for your help
