ManageSieve cant connect..
« on: December 29, 2009, 09:10:49 AM »
hey together,

since yesterday i'm trying to get managesieve running, but something seems to be wrong..and i absolutly dont know what.

When i click on "Filters", i get the following logs:
Code: [Select]
2009-12-29 14:55:06 auth(default): Info: client in: AUTH        1       DIGEST-MD5      service=sieve   secured lip=<myip> rip=<myip> lport=4190      rport=45596
2009-12-29 14:55:06 auth(default): Info: client out: CONT       1       cmVhbG09IiIsbm9uY2U9IlM0VHZ4NDZIQmQxUzBrNzB6andHQ3c9PSIscW9wPSJhdXRoIixjaGFyc2V0PSJ1dGYtOCIsYWxnb3JpdGhtPSJtZDUtc2VzcyI=
2009-12-29 14:55:06 auth(default): Info: new auth connection: pid=26736
2009-12-29 14:56:06 managesieve-login: Info: Disconnected (disconnected while authenticating): method=DIGEST-MD5, rip=<myip>, lip=<myip>, secured

Thats all i can find.
The port 4190 is correct, i dont know how often i checked this. ;)

Has someone any idea what this could be?

System is Debian 2.6.18-5-amd64 with Dovecot 1.2 with Managesieve-Patch and Postfix.

Thanks a lot, Robert.

*edit*
Oh, i forgot. One question: How can i change the current method DIGEST-MD5 into something else? I cant find something about this.

*edit2*
Ok, i got the error, but not the solution. :)
I changed the method directly in the lib/Net/Sieve.php and now it works, but that's realy dirty..
