I am not sure if any one has asked this or not but here go's..
I am having problems with an install of roundcube I have.
It is working fine from the outside, but when some one try's to access it via the proxy inside it is real slow.
From inside:
The login screen comes up, they can login, the inbox is viewable but up the top it is still saying “Loading”.
Same when you compose a message and you type in a address it shows “Searching”
But these messages stay up for about 3 min then go.
You can go into settings and address book quickly after the messages disappear.
I have checked logs, cpu loads and all other and can not find the problem.
If you click on “Check for New Messages” it logs onto Imap and check then logs out, but the message "Loading" is still up there for 3 min.
It does not matter what web browser they use.
This does not happen if they access the site from the outside via the internet, or via a proxy on there home computers.
Version RC: roundcube-0.5,1 via ports.
Server: FreeBSD 8.2-RELEASE amd64
Imap: Dovecot v1.2.16
MySQL v5.0.92
plugin extra: antiBruteForce, idle_timeout.

So would any one know what might be the problem, and no they can not just switch off proxy, as all of there web access is via it only.
