Folders won't connect
« on: November 09, 2010, 06:23:46 PM »
Hi!
I just upgraded to version 0.4.2.
Now my folders won't show to the left (except inbox).
If I try to subscribe them they won't show as subscribed, even though the server says they are...

Anyone got any ideas of there to look for a solution?

/Martin

you can go to config/main.inc.php
and check if the
Quote
$rcmail_config['create_default_folders']
is mark as "true"
it might help

In my config I have checked both with and without create_default_folders.
The folder is already there since it worked in 0.3.

The problem I have is that in Preferences->Settings->Special folders I can't see the folders, since they aren't connected.

Somehow it seems that RC isn't able to connect to my folders eventhough they are subscribed as they should. And accordingly they show up as NOT subscribed in the folderlist in preferences.

This seems strange to me...

Thanks for the replies. Hopefully someone knows some more tips to get me going in the right direction.

Check imap_root in config. Enable imap_debug and attach the log here.

Thanks for all answers...

I have my imap_root set to null just as before.
On the imap server all folders are separate from inbox.

I attach my imap with what I think was the relevant parts.
I have removed the listing of mails in inbox.

The listing looks good, but you've cut too much. You could try to use svn-trunk version.

Now it works!
Thanks alot for the hints...

I use the current trunk and the problem seems to have disappeared.
