creating a custum welcome message screen

satch:
the standard installation of Roundcube comes up with a standard welcome screen, title: welcome to roundcube webmail, the roundcube logo etc.
is there a way to make this welcome screen more personal ?
e.g. the title: welcome to , setting another back ground color or image etc.

i think i have to edit certain files, but what are these files ?
