0.4 beta upgrade from 0.31

Hello all.

Having issues upgrading from 0.31 to 0.4 beta:

Check configured database settings

DSN (write):  OK

Fatal error: Call to undefined method rcube_mdb2::list_tables() in /Library/WebServer/Documents/webmail-new/installer/rcube_install.php on line 355

0.31 still working as usual.
