This has been requested two years ago (here and here). Any news on that? Is it possible to search in subfolders?

This is a must-have. Not only "subfolders" - simply a "search in any folder".
If you have a lot of folders, like me and like it's typical for IMAP people, the currently implemented search is simply useless.

Its in a ticket: #1485234 (Extended Search) ? Roundcube Webmail you may want to check out the plugin in the ticket.

Any update on that? It was part of the milestone once (0.3), has been moved to "later" and seems to be forgotten now. The plugin is old and has serious bugs that make it unusable (and it may even not work anymore with 0.51 since there have been so many changes to the Roundcube code).
