to insert a picture in the signature

i want to insert a picture in my signature using roundcube interface, i did it and it's working as long as the manager account of our hosting provider bluehost is logged on, so when sending an e mail, it doesn't appear in the email of the person who will recieve it. Please help

Make sure you have checked the "Compose HTM messages" box in your email settings under User Preferences
