I can see the folder under "email", but now want to delete that folder... That folder isn't visible under "personal settings". How can I delete that folder manually?
The easiest way of manually deleting that folder would be to access the account by using a different mail client- Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Apple Mail- anything that supports IMAP, and deleting it that way.
It's not showing up in the personal settings area, but is showing up under the "mail" section? Have you tried logging out and back in to see if this problem continues?
I can't see the right entry in the (mysql 5) database!
I'm not sure what you mean by this. Are you looking for the folder within the database?
