Updating RoundCube

I have RoundCube installed, but I did it with help from someone.  I am a newbie with computers.  Here are my questions:

1. How can I tell which version of RoundCube I have installed?

2. How can I update to the latest version and where do I find it?  I'm hoping there's a easy way to do this, like downloading a simple "install" file.

1. Open /program/include/iniset.php and find "RCMAIL_VERSION"
