Trunk 4459 - cosmetic issues new address book

The new address book in  this trunk looks promising. However I'm facing a couple of cosmetic issues.

1) Some labels in the address book tabs can't be localized. For example tab contact properties: work, work2, home, home2, mobile, other and so on, keep their label in English no matter if you choose another language. These labels are missing in file program\localization\your_language\labels.inc and probably not defined in file program\steps\addressbook\func.inc as a label that can be translated.

2) Tab contact properties: the label homepage (choose add field) takes up to much space. It's truncated in front of the edit field as homepa.

For translations, there is RoundCube Translator. It seems that the labels you mentioned have not been included yet. As this is under heavy development ATM, you should maybe wait with tickets until 0.6-beta has been released (see #1487736 (german translations update) ? Roundcube Webmail).

I pulled up a 10-year monthly estimate on Bloomberg versus the TSX, and got a value of .5 (adjusted), low as usual for an alcohol/beverage company.
