[0.5] error log spammed with DB-errors after upgrade - help?

I recently upgraded to 0.5 using ftp.
I followed the upgrade-instructions and made sure the installer had nothing left to complain about.
Further, I successfully sent the test mail and logged in to my account.

Working with roundcube for just a few hours, I realized my error log gre to >32MB in size since the upgrade. Seems they're all database-related and look like this:

Any idea how to resolve this?

Did you do the database upgrade?

I followed the UPGRADE file included. As the (web)-installer didn't suggest a DB upgrade, I did not run the sql code. The installer message reads

Check DB config
DSN (write):  OK
DB Schema:  OK
DB Write:  OK
DB Time:  OK

Should I try executing the sql anyway?

Yes, you'll need to run all the SQL statements in the SQL upgrade file that appear after the version number you upgraded from.
