$rcmail_config['db_dsnw'] = 'mysql://loganki_rc:myregularpasswordgoeshere@loganirons.com/loganki_rc';

The syntax of your connection string looks fine.
Quite simply this error is an indication of you not making a connection to the database.
I would check your parameters manually if you can. If you have shell access you can check your database and the connection to it by running the following command from your shell prompt:  mysql -u databaseUsername -p databaseUsernamePassword

Hope this helps.

PHP 4.4.4 (cli) (built: Aug 27 2006 14:20:25)
Copyright (c) 1997-2006 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v1.3.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2004 Zend Technologies
mod_perl-1.29

The address of a site: http://mail.dinet.ru/roundcube/

Code: [Select]
SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!
Error No. 1f4)

logs/errors:
Code: [Select]
[07-Nov-2006 15:56:51 +0300] DB Error: DB Error: connect failed in /usr/local/apache/data/htdocs/webmail/roundcube/program/include/rcube_db.inc on line 105
config/db.inc.php:
Code: [Select]
$rcmail_config['db_dsnw'] = 'mysql://roundcube:password@localhost/roundcubemail';
roundcube - username mysql;
password - password for roundcube to mysql;
localhost - host mysql(on local machine)
roundcubemail - databasename.

As has just in case executed:
Code: [Select]
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON roundcubemail.* TO roundcube@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON roundcubemail.* TO roundcube@217.106.208.4 IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON roundcubemail.* TO roundcube@127.0.0.1 IDENTIFIED BY 'password';

Unfortunately I am running on a shared server and do not have shell access. Any other suggestions?

You might try using your "host name" or "localhost" rather than your domain name.
