Some subfolders reported as empty even when there is emails in them

Hallo,
Yesterday I was browsing my emails and I discovered that some folders are reported as empty, without messages in it, when in the reality there are messages (using an email client program the contents are displayed correctly).

I'm using an imap server, and RoundCube v0.5.2 but this issue was also in v.0.5.1 .

Any help / question to catch the problem are welcome :)!

I could just tell you what to look for if you want. In the log you'll see Roundcube asking the IMAP server how many unread messages are in each folder, one request for each folder. You should see something like this:
Code: [Select]
C: A0003 STATUS INBOX (MESSAGES UNSEEN)And then a response which looks something like this:
Code: [Select]
S: * STATUS "INBOX" (MESSAGES 3 UNSEEN 1)Meaning there are 3 messages in my Inbox and 1 of them is marked as unread.

If the response from the server has message count you are expecting then try disabling caching in Roundcube (if you have it enabled) and also disabling any plugins you have installed and see if the problem goes away.

Ah ok now I get what you're looking for (-: . Here an example of one folder where I expect to see 6 emails but is empty:

...but the folder on the website is empty (I have a screenshot of it, if you need). Actually, a yellow box appear on the top with the message "Messages not found on this folder" or something like this.

Can I just add my observations?
I too am experiencing the same problem as described. For info, the IMAP backend used is dbMAIL and front end RC 0.5.2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
