after Login with IE8 or Opera I can't see any Emails.

Which Roundcube version do you use? Are there any plugins involved?

Plugins: disabled

I would imagine, that the problem is my host. I have to disable a lot in the htaccess.

Yes, I guess the problem is on your side. Your javascript errors indicate that app.js is not loaded or is loaded too late.

I had similar problems when accessing Roundcube via my UMTS provider. Maybe you want to give my request_saver plugin a shot. It packs all javascript/css files together to avoid these kind of problems.
