Thanks, Rosali. I was reluctant to open a ticket on this as I wasn't certain it wasn't something in my environment. But it works fine now.

I will have to modify this plugin anyway...but I wanted to let you know that it may be an issue in some instances like this.

looks like plugin doesn't work on Roundcube 0.8 (FF on Win7 x64) :(

Version 0.8.x is badly out of date, you should upgrade. Current stable release is 1.0.2.
