Installation with nginx + dovecot cant login

Hi i have issues im new on this roundcube i have nginx, i configure roundcube then installed dovecot but for some reason i cant login with my root user/pass default of my unix machine. Theres some example dovecot configuration to enable so i can login with my root password? I have to copy/paste sql file? or i can install directly tru /installer path ? i tried both but no luck . Thanks.

its strange cause i have a vb forum and works the sendmail perfect.
