[0.6] Empty Return-Path header in return receipt
« on: October 06, 2011, 05:02:12 AM »
Hi everybody,

I've noticed an issue while using the Return Receipt feature, the return-path is always empty. My mail server fills in the Return-Path header setting it to mailer-daemon@hostname.foo.com, but I can't publish the subdomain hostname.foo.com in my dns. I've tried with two different installations of roundcube (0.5.4 and 0.6), against two different mail servers and none of them worked the way I expected. I tried with an external installation of OpenExchange, which pointed to my mail server and the return path was set ok. Has anyone experienced the same situation?

The Return-Path header is correct when sending a normal email, replying, forwarding, etc. Just wanted to ask before messing with the code. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
