tinyMCE is not defined!. What's Wrong?

i have used Roundcubemail 0.5.1


a few days ago, i upgrade to version 0.6!
then, create a new message,
explore(ie8 ) script error as below.

"tinyMCE is not defined.."
[ATTACH=CONFIG]1794[/ATTACH]

What's the wrong?

OS : FreeBSD 8.2 Stable
DB : MySQL 5.1.57
WebServer : Apache 2.xx
Roundcubemail : Stable: 0.6
test Explorer : IE 8

Most propably it is some kind of firewall / proxy issue which prevents the browser to load the tinyMCE library.
