When Installing The R C APP, There Are The 2 Boxes For IMAP & S??? Addresses.  I For BOTH Entered (mail.mysite.com).  Is That The MOST PROPER To Add For That?   8)

Thats fine. It depends on your mail setup and wether you need to use different server to send mail and access mail. You'd know it was wrong if it didn't work  ;)

ALL Domain Name AddOns, Parked Domain Names. Domain Names Added In WHM, Can ALL Use The SAME R C APP, Correct?   :)

As long as they all use the same mail server it should work fine.
