There is a plugin that adds some advanced search options https://github.com/texxasrulez/advanced_search I'm not sure its still supported but you could try it and see if if offers what you need.

I think that best option will be adding multifield search window where anybody can add two or more searching criteria and possibility to add date range.
E.g.:

Date: (from:)01.12.2022 (to:)25.03.2023
Subject: invoice
Attachement: V
Text in a name of attached file: November
 

Some time ago I tested Rainloop webmail and they have got such functionality.

Not in the default Roundcube UI. Forwarding needs to be setup on the mail server not on the web mail client.

Thank you for your answer. That's what I was afraid of. The email address in the account is not changeble for aprox 90 days, so guess I'm in troble. Any possible way to make emails sent to this address automaticly forwarded to another mail?

Ask your email provider to increases your email account quota.

I keep getting email notices that my Roundcube email is 95% full.

I have a total of around 500 emails in my sent and inbox folders.
All other folders are empty.
How do I create more Disk Space for my email?

The seller most likely owns the domain and the mail server and would still have access to the email and could take it back. I'd recommend changing the email address on the account to another email address that you control.

ich habe in Roundcube Webmail mehrere Filter gespeichert die auch alle funktionieren.
Nur, sollten die gespeicherten Filter nicht unten nach

auf der Seite Einstellungen/Filter

angezeigt werden?

Bei mir werden sie das nicht.

Hi! I'm new here, so I apologize for any silly and possibly paranoid questions. The reason for my post is that my son recently bought a gaming account online. We got access to the account via an e-mail address that logs in through Roundcube.

I can't find any options to change the security of the e-mail other than changing the password. I suspect that the seller of this account may still have access to the e-mail account in some way or already has hidden access, for reclaiming and reselling purposes.

So, is there a way to make the e-mail more secure? Is it possible see if another person still has access to the account even after the password has been changed? And is it possible, in the worst case, to delete this email address and have all received emails automatically forwarded to another e-mail?

The e-mail address ends with [removed domain]. Is it possible in such a situation that the seller still has access or can regain access to the email?
