Unreachable email error

Hi,

I was trying to set-up a Facebook business portfolio so I can link my store on my Facebook page. I want to use my store email address but receive this error message. I have no other issues with sending and receiving email to that address.

Roundcube is a web based IMAP client not an email service, this question needs to be directed to your email provider.
