Title: plugin manager reolads every second and is unusable

I installed the plugin manager, after installing it shows in the gui. When I click on it it loads, showing some plugins checked, and reloads the page automatically every 1 second, making it unusable. I edited the config to include my administrator email account.

any ideas?
