Title: Has this been fixed in the SVN releases?!?

If some of you remember someone posted a security flaw which allows you to just put the password in and it would login? Has this been resolved in the recent SVN releases? ???

I just read this post and tryed to loggin with just a password for one account and it did let me in can anyone directme to the patch.

I have the latest tar which I have working just right except for this problem can anyone post a manual fix/edit.
