My email is full at 100%, and I tried contacting the person who set it up for me, but they can't get me more storage, so I decided to delete a lot of emails and my storage is still full. Why is this happened, I even cleared the junk folder, so the deleted emails should be permanently gone and is there a way for me to increase storage.

Roundcube is open source webmail software. You need to contact your provider with questions about your storage.

You said someone else setup Roundcube for you. If you do not know may be they do. Its probably your hosting provider.
