I have got 8000 user email in domen A , i would like change all users to only domen B for example : jan.kowalski@domenA.com change jan.kowalski@domenB.com of course password and options not change . All Domen is one server

You have to make your IMAP and SMTP servers know how to authenticate a user using an OAuth token.

Hello there,
I was using ISPConfig3 with roundcube(v1.6). I add keycloak as oauth provider and fill the required fields. After a successful authentication in keycloak it leads me to login page again with "login error" message. when i try to see logs i get these logs:

<9sicllrb> IMAP Error: Login failed for jo@zergaw.local against localhost from 10.123.5.5. AUTHENTICATE XOAUTH2: A0001 NO [ALERT] Unsupported authentication mechanism. in /usr/share/roundcube/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php on line 201.

Is there any one who can help me?

Did you read the reject message and do what it suggests? Most reject messages aim to let legitimate senders figure out how to resolve the problem while still making life difficult for spammers.
I see your ISP is Digital Ocean. There are several large providers who reject all email from Digital Ocean. You may want to search for "Digital Ocean mail server" and other similar terms.
If you're sending from a pingmytag.com email address, your SPF record says you can send from mailjet.com, but not from 178.62.95.5.  Sending all your email through mailjet should avoid the problems with delivery from a Digital Ocean email address.

Hello, my emails are not sending or receiving apart from emails connected to my Wordpress site. All emails I try to send bounce back with the following;
 SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<services@pingmytag.com> SIZE=1529:
    550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [178.62.95.5] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [BN1NAM02FT042.eop-nam02.prod.protection.outlook.com 2024-06-10T08:28:48.894Z 08DC875301BE0C92]

I have tried sending emails to multiple different emails to see if it is just an issue with certain emails but all sent emails get returned.

Moiun zusammen,

folgendes Problem. Ich habe meine Synology neu aufgesetzt und die Daten per Backup zurück gespielt. Alles schick soweit. Nun habe ich die Mailstation drauf die per Roundcube die Mails abfragt. Nun zu meinem Problem.

Roundcube fragt die Mails nicht mehr ab.

Senden funktioniert (habe noch einen POP3 im Outlook da kommen die Testmaisl aus Roundcube an). Ebenso wenn ich im Outlook das Konto Teste bekomme ich keine Fehlermeldungen. Aber warum holt Roundcube die Mails nicht mehr ab? Hat irgend jemand eine Idee? Ports sollten passen.

Hi there,

I have a strange "bug", that a customer can't open a single email with the message
"The message part is too big to process it. [Download]".


I installed many Roundcube instances, so it's not new for me. In this case, also, the newest 1.6.7 version. PHP 8.2, nginx (fpm) with good memory, post and upload limits.

But if I remove in the file:
/program/actions/mail/show.php
this one:


It works on client side again:


Someone has an idea why?
Database -> up to date
Debian 12, PHP-FPM 8.2, nginx + rules -> OK (memory_limit: 128M, upload: 4G, post_max: 6G)
In config: 150M as max. message size
Dovecot/Postfix: Same config like all other servers where it works - if I connect directly to mail servers I see all email messages without problems (for example Thunderbird)
Encoding is also set well...

I have a postfix / dovecot /roundcube running on a ubuntu 22.04
I have some user which get mail with a false warning on SPAM
=>     [***** SPAM 6.2 *****] xxxx
With a score higher than 4 which is the value I set in the conf.

I have add the mail of the sender in "/usr/share/spamassassin/local.cf"

But mail from the sender still arrive with a SPAM score higer than 4...
