Title: Click on message in 0.8.1 looses focus on window

When trying to preview a message, I click on the message and then the window looses focus. This seems to be a IE issues as my chrome browser does not have this problem. I have google-ed this issue and found a "fix" but it was for 0.5.* and the code shown in git for list.js does not match that of the 0.8.1 version.

Please advise

Also, I have checked the fix for ticket http://trac.roundcube.net/ticket/1488627 (http://trac.roundcube.net/ticket/1488627), but the change was already complete.

did you apply the fix yourself? it was made in the code after the release of 0.8.1
