Title: Using Swedish char in email

Hi, I´ve earlier tried to find this issue in the archive section of the page. There I could find the emails going to the dev team, though could not find the answer or result of the issue.
Anyway... Using swedish char´s like å ä ö isn´t working when sending mail from RC. (Nor recieving)
Anybody know a way of resolving this?, please post a reply or send me a mail :), or perhaps a link where I can find the answer.
