How to switch-off this wrong e-mail validation?

This days I test Exim 4.87 with smtputf8 settings...

And this address was correct for Bat, Gmail,...
But for Ronundcube - not!!!

How to switch off this bad checking?

What missing?

We applay "relax email address validation #5256" and still not work :(

Typing error...
Corrected and work with Roundcube Webmail/1.1.5

Only what missing is login procedure...
Can be with nonASCII letters?
