Title: Why is my Sent mail going to my Inbox?

Obviously I am a newby! Got this new job, and this is the email client. I am having a really hard time figuring out why my sent mail is appearing in my Inbox. I have looked through all the settings carefully, but can't find anything to help. This was an entirely new mailbox set up for me personally. The other mailbox that we have in Roundcube ("office") looks and responds completely differently than the one set up for me personally. I don't know how to fix this and its driving me crazy. Is there a tutorial somewhere I can watch?

I am a newbee too, but:

which E-Mail protocol you are using?

If IMAP, this could be an e-mail server problem or an e-mail server setting?
