Hi,
When i click on new identity button i have like this in attachments.
Sorry for my poor english :)

IE 8 and FF 3.6
On the other computer is also the same.

I turned on firebug in FF and when I click on a new identity that I have information:

rcube_init_settings_tabs is not defined

Ok problem solved.
The problem was the upgrade from 0.2.2 to 0.3.1.
