Title: Suddenly identities and address book are wiped out
Post by: SimbaLion on July 29, 2015, 10:15:11 PM
Hi, I'm using 1.1.2. I was logged in on a notebook, and then I logged in from my desktop and suddenly my identities and address book were erased. I didn't see this on the notebook until I logged out and in again.

Why would this happen, is there a way to track down the cause, and can I restore them? I take weekly backups of the html folder and database.

Check in the Roundcube database in the users table for near duplicate entries.

It looks like one user was created as user@domain.com and the other as user@www.domain.com.

The first is how I used it initially, and the second is what I began using to solve an SSL trust issue I was having, as my certificate is for *.domain.

Thanks for your help!

I think it's a problem with accessing Roundcube via HTTPS.

Check your SSL certificate: Make sure the SSL certificate is installed correctly and is valid.

Also I found a thread where considering ""Connection problem using SSL (https://www.roundcubeforum.net/index.php?topic=2084.0)"in the description is useful and working information, look.
