Title: Hebrew translation

Hello
I just end translate to Hebrew the roundcube files.
I try to send it to dev@lists.roundcube.net, but I revealed that is read-only list.
Who do I need to send to the translation files?

EDIT: just for know - Hebrew is a right to left language.
