Title: Cannot send a plugin to plugin repo

Hi,

I made a plugin in the past with the namespace ttrss ( https://github.com/gloony/roundcube_ttrss ).
Since a while I was working on a better version and completly rewrite it. I remove the old code from https://plugins.roundcube.net

Now I want to to submit my new package but I have the following message

The vendor is already taken by someone else. You may ask them to add your package and give you maintainership access. The packages already in that vendor namespace can be found at roundcube
Can I make something to submit the new version with the same namespace (ttrss) ?
