Title: Unable to Create a Calendar Using Horde CalDAV URLs

I'm trying to use a calendar that I successfully created in Horde. When I try to add it as a CalDAV Calendar in Roundcube, usually it won't get saved and I get a server error. Sometimes it is saved & connects but nothing shows up in the calendar view.

I've tried entering both Direct URLs for Calendars from cPanel, and the CalDAV Subscription and WebDAV/ICS Subscription URLs from Horde, but none of them seem to work. I'm using my webmail address and password for the CalDAV Digest Login.

Any ideas?
