Hello everyone! We've created a new skin for mobile devices. We're in the final stages of development and countdown to launch has begun. Check it out here:

We're releasing skins commercially but we have plans for a lite, free release for non-commercial purposes.

I'd love to implement this skin with our roundcube at the medical university of vienna. Do you plan separate licences for non-commercial organisations like schools and universities?

Hello everyone. We're excited about the interest we've received.
Unfortunately during the final stage of testing we've come across some bugs which we really want to fix before the launch in order to release the best possible product and minimize any possible issues. In order to do this we've decided to delay the launch by a week. It pains us but we feel the result will be worth the wait.
We have a working demo up so if you're interested in giving it a spin PM us or write to support [AT] roundcubemobile.com for access details. We're looking forward to your feedback, thoughts and comments.

I just watch your screenshot above and background is well cyan (54,147,188). Why do you want to know my OS, it's possible to test your skin ?

Hi Talvins. We have other skins coming soon and colour variations of this same one for those who don't like blue.
I thought you were seeing a different colour from the blue in the skin which is why I asked which OS you were using on your mobile device. It might have been a bug specific to that OS or device which I wanted to look into.

I see some problems with this plugin. The 'Loading' icon stays on the screen a LOT. About once every 5 screen changes the icon stays behind. Also, how does the address book screen work if you have a LOT of address book entries? I cant seem to move the screen down.
This is on an iphone 4 with latest iOS.

Hi corbosman, thanks for the feedback. Since the address list expands on tap, to scroll you just have to swipe. As for the loading icon, could you please note down some examples of steps we can take to reproduce this as if it's an issue we need to have it solved asap. Also, are you using 3G or wifi?

Our organization went ahead and purchased the package, but I'm getting fatal errors and DB crashes when attempting to install it. I've sent a couple messages to support, but no response yet.
The attached is what I get if I try to access Phoosa directly to run the installer.

We replied to your email twice, within minutes of receiving them. We sent you a solution within 45 minutes of the first email. Please check your email and if you haven't received our emails we'll resend them to you.
In the future please submit all support requests to support[at]roundcubemobile[dot]com as this forum isn't really related to that.

We've solved this problem i'll be emailing you updated code today.
In the future please use our website support form or email support@roundcubemobile.com, as we don't check this forum everyday, you'll get a speedier response using either of those methods.

You told us you're working on a free skin. I understand every work need money, but for now, without any possibility of testing the product, without more informations about how it works, 25 euros for this is tooooooooooooooooooooooooo expensive !!!!! (maybe it's 2.5 euros ? ;) )

Hi, thank you for your interest, we have slashed our prices by 50% due to client requests, and feel that the current prices are fair compensation for the time and effort we put into developing Phoosa.

Let me just say that the dedication and post-purchase support from Phoosa has been excellent. I'm sure that they spent far more time helping me than we paid for the product. The cost is minute compared to the work and effort they have invested and continue to invest in this project.

It's sad that you buy this thing and your support tickets remain without awnser... this only works for 0.6 'cause the changes on db.inc...

Yes, I bought this skin and its not working. Its does not install!!
I have an error "Main file exists but paraller database config. file is not Round Cube database config. file. Possible Round Cube configuration error."
I use roundcube 0.7.1 and all works like a magik.

Support not answer for my emails. Half an year since I bought it and I can't use it. Bad, very bad!

Great product, sent 3 suppor questions, no answer to any of them, now the website is closed.
Anyone knows that why it returns:
The requested URL /roundcubemobile/configuration was not found on this server.
Phoosa is installed into /roundcubemobile on the server, it keeps redirecting to /roundcubemobile/configuration, which doesn't exists.
Or is it a scam product?

I purchased Phoosa from mobileroundcube.com just a couple of days before they closed down the site. Do any of you know when the new version will be finished?

I, too, purchased Phoosa, and it worked until I upgraded RoundCube to 0.8.x. I've emailed support, got an auto reply but nothing more. Looks like my $32 bought me a few months of a nice mobile interface. Guess I'm off to roundcubeskins.net to drop another $45. Sigh.
