Title: Can't Send Attachments
Post by: giuseppe on June 25, 2007, 01:57:07 PM
I am having an issue sending attachments. ANY file I attach to a message ends up being 0 bytes when it is received. I can receive attachments just fine. Everything seems to operate normally when the messages are sent. I receive no errors.

Any ideas?

This may be a safe mode problem of your webserver. Your roundcube directories must have the same owner/group like the webservers user which runs the script. You will find hints in your servers logs or in roundcubes logfiles.
Alternatively you can turn safe mode off - not recommended!

That did it. I needed to grant permission to the IUSR user on the C:\Windows\Temp directory.

Thanks!
