Hi, I am trying to connect and it came up with the following
Fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive (in a red box)
Once in if I try to send or delete an email it comes up with the following:
Server error: UID COPY: COPY failed: no write permission or out of disk space
Can someone please help.

Thats an error from the mail server, you should look at the mail server logs.

thanks for the reply. I am new to this. sorry but where will I find the mail server log?

Roundcube just connects to the mail server so it would depend on your setup. What mail server are you using?

That isn't a mail server, maybe you should contact your mail provider and ask them for support.
