Title: Roundcube for webmail client of email provider

Hi
Im going to create an email provider .
The guys buy there plans and can create a account and login.
For webmail client i am going to use roundcube with skin made by me and enigma plugin.
I need to pay? What restrictions i am going to have ?
(Ps -roundcube is going to be hosted in my servers)
