Title: Import Addresses from CSV data format

Wonder if it could support importing address book from CSV format. Many mail clients other than outlook don't support vcard.

If you use TB you can install MoreFunctionsForAddressBook (https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html)

Address book import is planed for RoundCube 0.5 beta.
