Title: Forward address not working - i'm missing emails

Hello,

So sorry if this is in the wrong section, I have tried to get it right.

Anyway, I need any emails sent to my Roundcube account to be automatically forwarded to my everyday email address so that I don't miss them. I have set this up in Settings under the Vacation tab with vacation disabled. It says that the forward address should work whether vacation is enabled or not.

However, I am not getting any notification when an email hits my Roundcube account so am missing out on work opportunities. Does anyone know why this feature isn't working - or am I doing something wrong?
