Title: Is there a plugin to schedule sending an e-mail?

Is there a plugin that will allow me to schedule a time to send an e-mail vs just allowing it to be sent immediately.   Sometimes I'm up in the middle of the night and I like to schedule my e-mails to go out at 9AM vs immediately sending them.  I saw some professional plug-ins on the forum that allegedly could do that but the links to that plugin are no longer valid and the website is no longer up.

I'm not aware of one that would allow you to do that currently, it could be built but isn't currently available.
