Title: Double fenêtre / Double window

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec ma messagerie roundcube, je suis utilisatrice chez free et j'utilise cette messagerie depuis peu.
Dernièrement une fenêtre est apparue intempestivement au milieu de mon écran, et je ne peux plus lire mes mails à cause de ça, quelqu'un aurait il une solution ?

Hello, I've got a problem with my webmail roundcube, I'm a user of free (a French phone distribution) and I've been using roundcube not for long.
Lastly there's like a double window that has appeared on the page, at the bottom and on the left, and it's stopping me from reading my mail.
Does anyone has a solution?

Roundcube is open source webmail software it is not a service. Your service provider is using the software to give you webmail. For support you need to contact you service provider.

JohnDoh well i tried to reach them but they told to reach roundcube, that's where the problem is ... I don't know what to do

As an end user you have no power to change anything in the installation of Roundcube you are using and no one here can really help you because you cannot tell us any details of that installation. They could have misconfigured something, there could be a plugin they are using that's not working right, they could have customised their installation...

I understand you must be feeling frustrated but the only people who can help you are the ones responsible for the installation you are using and if they wont help you then may be think about getting a new provider I guess.
