Title: Cusor Placement in plain text reply

Hello,

We have encountered an issue in 0.3.1 that when you reply to a message and are using plain text to compose the message the cursor is at the bottom of the old message and not at the top.   Anyone else experience this and/or know how to fix it.

Its been fixed in version 0.4.
