Title: Block by subject
Post by: tattiedave on January 29, 2020, 04:11:52 PM
Hi
I need to block emails with a certain subject line, which was included in an old website form, which was copied & is now used by a 'bot' to send several emails every day. I cannot figure out how to do that.
Can anyone help me out?
Thanks.
Dave.

That would need to be done on the mail server, it can't be done in Roundcube.

Ok, thanks.
My server says it's not their department so I should speak to Roundcube! AKA "Pass the buck".
I will try them again but probably end up deleting my account.
Thanks anyway.
Dave

It has to be done by the mail server because the mail server receives the email, Roundcube only shows the emails that the mail server has received.
